Your Skin Care Regimen:
Get Your Dry Skin Perfectly Balanced With These Expert Tips!
Many of the ladies I talk to these days about their skin care regimen are doing something worse than nothing. They’re actually doing things to themselves that will dry out their already dry skin. Using a toner that is packed with alcohol, for instance, is not a smart move. Using an exfoliant from the acne aisle is another good example. If your skin is dry to begin with, a harsh exfoliant can spell disaster. You need something designed especially for you.
These are example of how you can go wrong with products, but you can also go wrong with your simple skin care regimen itself, if you don’t know what you’re doing. Amazingly, many ladies these days have picked up bad habits from their well-meaning moms. Remember this: a lot has happened in the realm of scientific knowledge over the last 30 years or so. Things that your mom was taught when she was a girl might not be the way to go in light of what we know today.
Here’s a great article by Christina Caldwell at “She Knows Beauty and Style”. Christina provides a simple, easy to follow skin care regimen that you can use to help with your dry skin problems. She’s not selling anything here … it’s just a step-by-step process to follow each day … cleanser, moisturizer, toner, serum, etc. … that will have you looking younger and feeling better about yourself in no time.
