Holiday Stress: Ways To Minimize Stress So You Can Enjoy Your Holidays More
For many people the holidays are a time of stress and over-scheduling. Too often we get caught up in all of the things that we think we need to do and there is just not enough time to do everything.
Luckily most of our holiday stress is self imposed. Remember the season is a time for joy, not stress. Everthing does not need to be perfect. Try to enjoy everything you are doing. If you consider it a chore, it won’t be fun.
